By using Hoodling — planting a coin, trading, harvesting, or reading these pages — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

Hoodling is a tool, not an advisor. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Prices, fees, and the mechanics shown are descriptions of how the program works, not recommendations to buy or sell anything.

Hoodling never asks for your seed phrase and never holds your funds. Transfers are on-chain, or moved by NEAR Intents for the Move ETH flow. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, and confirming every address and amount before you sign.

The planting fee, the creator fee, and the protocol fees are shown on the relevant screens before you confirm. Fee splits can change within the bounds the program enforces. A change applies from the next split, not retroactively.

The site and the programs are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Hoodling does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of exploits, and makes no promise that any coin will retain value or be tradeable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoodling and the people running it are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the programs — including market losses, contract bugs, failed or delayed transfers, or third-party actions.

Hoodling operates on the Robinhood chain. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions restrict trading memecoins or digital assets; it is your responsibility to know whether they apply to you.

These terms can be updated. The current version is always the one on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
